Q: What should I do if I am having a problem watching the videos?
A: If you have Chrome and are not using Chrome go to the videos page using Chrome. Please clear your internet history before you go to the website for the school. Then go to the website for the school. If you have issues with videos freezing then lower the resolution on the videos. To lower the resolution before you click play on a video click on video settings icon on the bottom right of the video. The change the resolution to 270p or 360p by clicking in the circle in front of 270p or 360p. Then click play. If still having problems call us. It is best to call while you are at your computer or device.
- If you are completing your online course with us watch the "How to Use These Videos" Video before beginning the course. Then you should watch the video(s) corresponding to each online course unit before beginning each online course unit.
- If you are using the videos to prepare for the state exam watch all the videos at least one time (Exam Cram Videos Pages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). You should watch the "How to Use These Videos" Video before beginning your preparation for the state exam. You may watch the videos as many times as needed to prepare for the state exam. The best videos to repeat are the Day Before the Test Videos (located near the bottom of Exam Cram Videos Page 5) and the Test Taking Tips Video.
- Read the Cram Outline from beginning to end. Read the entire outline (not just the highlights). Skip Chapter 10 Legal Descriptions as this is not tested on the Broker State Exam.
- It is very important that the day before you take the state exam you watch again the Broker Day Before the Test Videos and the Test Taking Tips Video (located near the bottom of page 5). You should also repeat the videos called Closing Real Estate Transactions and Closing Real Estate Transactions Update which explain the HUD problems (on the bottom of page 3).
