Recommended Preparation the Day Before the State Exam:
Q: What should I do if I am having a problem watching the videos?
A: If you have Chrome and are not using Chrome go to the videos page using Chrome. Please clear your internet history before you go to the website for the school. Then go to the website for the school. If you have issues with videos freezing then lower the resolution on the videos. To lower the resolution before you click play on a video click on video settings icon on the bottom right of the video. The change the resolution to 270p or 360p by clicking in the circle in front of 270p or 360p. Then click play. If still having problems call us. It is best to call while you are at your computer or device.
- If you are completing your online course with us watch the video(s) corresponding to each online course unit before beginning each online course unit.
- If you are using the videos to prepare for the state exam first watch all the videos one time (Exam Cram Videos Pages 1, 2, 3 and 4). After you have watched all the videos one time then read the Exam Cram Outline in full (not only the highlights) one time from beginning to end. Then repeat the Day Before the Test Videos and the Test Taking Tips Video (located on Page 4) and read the highlights in the Cram Outline. You may watch the videos as many times as needed to prepare for the state exam. The best videos to repeat are the Day Before the Test Videos and the Test Taking Tips Video (located on Page 4). Rereading the highlights in the outline is also recommended.

Update to Tuesdays Video: If you are able to please take your state exam a Tuesday or Friday in the morning at any Pearson VUE center. Tuesdays and Fridays in the mornings are best. Schedule for the earliest available Tuesday or Friday in the morning. If your testing date is too far in the future to move your exam closer click on your scheduled exam and then click reschedule to check for any earlier spots that open up either a Tuesday in the morning or a Friday in the morning. Make sure you are refreshing the Pearson VUE website page. Check all testing centers that are close to you. Click reschedule during the day but also at night. It is a matter of going to the Pearson VUE website frequently. You are taking a spot that someone else has canceled before the spot is taken by someone else.
